It is the mission of the Middleburg Heights Historical Society to involve and educate the community in the history of Middleburg Heights and Middleburgh Township.
We will perpetuate and preserve the memory of early settlers and pioneers and support and oversee preservation of historic buildings and sites. Further, the Society shall collect, preserve and display items pertaining to the history of our community for the enrichment of future historians.

As a Non-Profit organization, the Middleburg Heights Historical Society depends on volunteer help from its members. There are a number of areas in which your help is needed.
The Middleburg Heights Historical Society has amassed a large collection of history regarding our city, including publications, newspaper articles, maps information about properties, and many photos displaying the history. MHHS has a substantial artifact collection, which includes items from closed local schools.
